The Government is responsible for all the citizens, but from the perspective of the current situation in the USA, the Government can be discussed as responsible only for the health of those people whose income and status of the employed persons provide them with the opportunity to have insurance. Thus, the health care becomes the privilege of the wealthy persons, and the principle of equality is not followed directly when the problem of the country’s health care system is discussed.
